Live It

2/13/2015

We should live every day as if it is the day something is about to happen. The Bible says God renews His mercy every day (Lam 3:22-23). So each morning when you get up and put your feet on the floor, stand up and say “something good is about to happen”.

You must believe in the prayers you ask God for. You must believe in the prayers you pray for others. Because without faith it is impossible to please God (Heb. 11:6). We should hold out our hand every once in a while throughout the day, just waiting for God to drop something into our hands. Imagine, the devil is going crazy with all he attacks you with, and you’re still walking around looking, expecting, and reaching out to grab something new from God.

Instead of us being the ones beaten down, satan will be on his last nerve. I believe Jesus has done this many times to him. Like when He said destroy the temple and in three days I will raise it up again (St. John 2:9). But as we know Jesus arose, praise God! The devil loves to think he gets you so down you can’t believe, cause you can’t see. The Bible says we walk by faith and not by site (2 Cor. 5:7). So just expect God to do it. And He will as long as we have faith and believe in a God who cannot fail.

So start saying it something good is about to happen !!!!!  And hold out your hand in faith showing God you believe and the devil may have you where you can’t shout or run cause you so down, but just repeat the words over throughout the day –
Something good is about to happen
Then just hold your hands out, even if you have to do it with tears. God is watching and He rewards your faith. Just hold on. It is on its way. Do it till it comes and never let up. Drive the devil insane and not you.

Praise God my friend.

Reaping

12/14/2014

The Bible tells us we shall reap if we faint not. (Gal. 6:9) To cast our bread out on the waters and after many days it will return. (Ecc. 11:1) Trust in the Lord. (Prov. 3:5)

Sometimes it seems He forgets us. But He said, after many days it will return. Be patient and wait on the Lord. He never fails. Once we plant a seed it must be watered, just like a garden. Then, after a while, it will bring forth fruit. Just keep praising God as you tend to your seed and know that God has promised increase. (I Cor. 3:7)

Believe God and know He does not lie. (Titus 1:2) God loves to reward faith and faithfulness. Keep your spirit high when you are sowing for a miracle, know it will come, and is on its way; praise God. Just like He said after 21 days of praying God heard the prayer the first time. (Dan. 10:12-13)

So, if you’ve got a harvest coming, start shouting for joy. It is on its way. Satan may slow it down, but he can’t stop it if you don’t lose faith. Remember without faith it is impossible to please God. (Heb. 11:6) So hang in there, cause the windows of Heaven are opening up and about to pour you out a blessing you can’t contain. (Mal. 3:10) Praise God! Hallelujah!! Praise Jesus!!!!!!!

Blooming In the Desert

10/25/2014

The enemy the devil goes about as a roaring lion trying to devour all he can (I Peter 5:8). But I have learned the secret of God. If God be for you who can be against you (Romans 8:31)?

The prophet Daniel asked for bread and water or pulse and the others had good food; yet, when the Glory of God was revealed he shined healthier and brighter than all the others (Daniel Ch. 1). They can put you in the desert and leave you, but when God is with you and they come back to find you, won’t they be surprised? Because God said He knows all you have need of (Matt. 6:32). And He has never seen His seed begging for bread (Ps. 37:25). God will furnish you a home and everything you have need of right in the desert. The devil has dropped you off in the desert trying to kill you. But, if God can keep them in the belly of a whale. If God can have them shake off a viper in the fire and feel no harm. If God can make man from the dust. If God can speak the sun into existence. The Word says nothing shall be impossible with God (Luke 1:37). And God said He will never leave you nor forsake you (Heb. 13:5). Let the devil throw his biggest bombs. A thousand will fall on one side and ten thousand on the other but it won’t come nigh thy dwelling (Ps. 91:7-10). Every time the devil does evil toward you God will turn it around and make something good out of it (Gen. 50:20).

So, if you are in a desert place, don’t ask God to take you out. Just get ready to see God make you bloom right in the desert, right in front of the devil. When the enemy cast the men of God in prison, God shook the walls, saved souls, and set the captive free (Acts Ch. 16). If your ground looks bare, go look again. Just like the prophet said to the servant when there had been no rain but God was about to bring a down pour for the children of God (I Kings Ch. 18). So look, and believe your miracle is on the way. You are about to bloom just so God can show just how big He is. Praise the Lord and except your miracle and let God make your ground Bloom !!!!!!

Trying Times

10/10/2014

The Bible tells us in the last days things will wax worse and worse (2 Tim. 3:13). Things are against the Christians in this hour more than ever. The world is continually taking our rights from us more and more. The Government is taking our rights away and now trying to bring gay marriage in all over the U.S. God won’t let things stand too much longer. The Bible says God will shorten the days so the righteous will be saved (Mark 13:20). Sin lives at every corner.

  • Murder and robbery is at every hand.
  • Kids are being abused.
  • Seniors are being attacked more and more.
  • Homes are broken into and people car-jacked.
  • People are attacked in broad day light, and in public places.
  • Children are taken and women are sold as sex slaves.
  • More and more people are losing their homes.
  • Jobs are being lost.
  • Times are tough; even working hard to pay the bills.

We need to keep our eyes on Jesus and start trusting Him more than ever. The devil goes about as a roaring lion (I Peter 5:8) doing all he can to destroy people, families, homes and anyone that believes in Jesus. But one thing I have learned studying the word, God never fails nor ever leaves us during trying times (Heb. 13:5) . There is a part that will come through (Zech. 13:9) and walk the streets of Gold. I intend to be in that number. So when you pray, remember your brothers and sisters in Christ. We are all under attack and need to pray one for another, because there is strength in numbers. One can put down a thousand and two can put down ten thousand (Deut. 32:30) and a threefold cord is not easily broken (Ecc. 4:12). God will see us through and bring the victory. Praise God! It’s time to shout! When all is bad it’s time for a miracle, because God fixing to show Himself strong.

Holding On

10/3/2014

We all, at times, have to rely on Jesus to hold on to us. Never for shaking us. But because when you’ve been on the battle field for a while you get tired and worn down. But God promises to refresh us with His spirit. (Acts 3:19) Sometimes it comes in different ways. Maybe just Jesus meeting a need in our life. Or touching us spiritually during a service. Another reason not to forsake the assembling of ourselves, huh? Could just be extra finances come our way and lift our spirits. Could be God just sends someone like you along with a big smile to lift someone’s spirit. That’s why the joy of the Lord is our strength. (Neh. 8:10) Could be a new job or could be a new or better car. Sometimes when I need to feel God’s Blessing, I jump on my bike and ride feeling the wind in my face. Just know how good God is.

So when you find yourself just holding on, remember He died for you and rose again. He did it so you could be with Him in heaven. It won’t be long!  Just hold on. Help is always on the way and the journey is close to being over. Jesus is returning to gather his children, and I for one want to be in that number. You’re not going down! Just hold on and see the salvation of God. (Exo. 14:13)

Give Him some praise. Even when you don’t feel like it, sacrifice some praise. (Heb. 13:15) He inhabits the praise of His people. (Ps. 22:3) He will come down to you when you can’t come up to him. Praise the Lord!!

Your Lowest Point

7/26/2014

Picture
When you hit a very low point, whatever that is left in your heart comes out. The Bible says out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks (Matt. 12:34). You will either complain or start looking up. Your help comes from above. Even when all looks bad, Jesus is always in control. He never fails. And He never lets you down. Way too often, we let Him down.

I have made it my mission to lift up Jesus at all times no matter what. Let His praise be continually upon my lips (Ps. 34.1). I am to the point that even if He destroys me, I will praise Him (Job 13:15). I am nothing and Jesus is everything. I must trust Him at all times not just with words, but truly in my heart also. Everything I have, has come from His blessings on me. Many times I did not deserve it, but because of His love and the Blood of Jesus, He has continued to bless me.

The key is to never give up. Many found themselves in prison and other perils. Many with their life at stake to test what was left in their heart and not just their words. So let your heart be true. Trust Him no matter what and have faith. Cause remember, without faith it is impossible to please Him (Heb. 11:6). I trust Him with all my heart and Love my Jesus. Think on these things my friends and see what is truly in your heart.

You Are Who You Choose to Be

7/19/2014

You are not what someone else wants you to be. You can even try to be, but it will break down sooner or later. Christ chose you, not someone else. The Bible teaches little is much when God is in it (See Matthew 13:31-35). Many times, God takes nothing and makes something wonderful. He even feeds many with few. God does the impossible.

So why do you think God can’t use you as yourself? Well maybe you’re not good enough or talented enough. Great! Cause when you can’t, God can, and then He gets all the Glory. And that’s all the more reason for you to be in tune with God. You need to hear when He directs your path. He that hath an ear, hears what the spirit says to you (Rev 2:7). Yes, God wants to and will talk to you just as you are ~ a sinner saved by Grace and washed in His Blood, cause we all need His help. We are not Holier than thou, but just humble Christians who follow Jesus and let Him lead where He will. God can do great things even with you! IF you’re not afraid to listen and then do what He says, the way He says it. Not to be hearers of the Word, but also be doers of His word (James 1:22).

There are so many out there being what others want instead of what God wants. Me, myself, I would much rather follow Jesus than someone else telling me how to be the perfect Christian according to their belief. By stepping out and following Jesus for myself I have found God’s many blessings and seen His power in action. Some can only say I heard what God can do. That all changed for me as I started letting Jesus lead me and being what He wanted out of me. He wanted to use me for who I am and the ones he called me to reach.

Wow! The journey has been one of much happiness and joy. As the Bible says, the joy of the Lord is my strength (Neh. 8:10). So, don’t let others weigh you down by making you what they are. Besides, they are not Jesus. He called you by name ~ your name ~ because He wanted you. Yes! You! So listen, He may be about to say something to you that will impact you forever. So, be daring and choose to be who you are in Jesus and see where that may lead you my friend. Jesus never goes wrong.

God Bless!
